This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mamibet platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in full before registering or using any services on this platform.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By registering and using the mamibet platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes full effect the moment you click the "Register" button and complete the account registration process. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.

To use the mamibet platform, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. Users found to have registered using false information or who have not met the minimum age requirement may have their accounts terminated immediately without prior notice and without any refund of funds.

The mamibet platform may only be used by individuals acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Use of the platform by agents, representatives, or any unauthorised parties is strictly prohibited. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the mamibet platform at any given time. Registering more than one account under the same individual — including using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or bank details — is a serious breach of these terms. Duplicate accounts detected will be suspended and the associated funds may be frozen pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. mamibet will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, chat, or phone calls. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. mamibet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents, to fulfil Know Your Customer requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

Payment & Transaction Information in MYR

All deposits and withdrawals on the mamibet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available payment methods include online banking via FPX, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and standard bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary by region and is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes, depending on your chosen payment method. Any delays caused by factors outside mamibet's control — including third-party banking system disruptions — cannot be attributed to the platform. For any deposit that has not been credited within the expected timeframe, users are encouraged to contact support with the relevant proof of transaction.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy in effect at the time of application. mamibet reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violations of platform terms. Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered bank account is in their own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Mamibet users are required to use this platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, manipulate the bonus system, use automation software or bots, or take advantage of system errors is strictly prohibited. Winnings obtained through such means will not be paid out and the relevant account may be terminated.

Users are prohibited from using this platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, credit card fraud, or suspicious fund transfers. mamibet complies with Malaysian legal requirements on anti-money laundering and reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notification to the user.

Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions is prohibited and may result in account suspension. Users are also prohibited from sharing login credentials, selling or transferring their account to another party, or creating an account on behalf of someone else. Each account is exclusive to one individual and is non-transferable under any circumstances.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Mamibet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. The platform's total liability under any circumstance is limited to the balance in your account at the time of the relevant incident. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that they are solely responsible for all betting decisions made.

Account Suspension & Closure

Mamibet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraud, or misused the platform. In cases of account suspension due to serious violations, funds may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Users whose accounts are terminated for breaching these terms are not entitled to claim compensation for any losses incurred as a result of the closure. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team.

Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All content on the mamibet platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of mamibet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mamibet management. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law

Mamibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to voluntary discussion between the user and mamibet. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the dispute to the competent courts of Malaysia. Use of this platform is subject to all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
